The 2019 Physician Engagement Survey period for CHOC Hospital and CHOC at Mission Hospital runs April 1 to 29.
Don’t miss this opportunity to provide valuable input and feedback, which will allow CHOC to further strengthen and improve its programs and services to better meet physician needs, as well as those of CHOC patients and families.

One winner will be selected each week of the survey’s duration.
